What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative, guided meditation that invites your whole being to rest - body, mind, heart, and spirit.

It's not about moving or stretching. It's about journey inward - where you lie down, close your eyes and allow yourself to be guided into effortless awareness.

Yoga Nidra or Non-Sleep Deep Rest is a doorway into stillness, healing, and inner clarity. A completely beginner-friendly practice of deep rest and non-doing, where we remember that we are already whole.

 

This practice has truly changed my whole life and transformed my way of seeing and being in the world. I’d be so honoured to share it with you.
